The fourth quarter began

The defense stepped up next. After struggling throughout the first half, they finally forced a crucial stop. That single defensive stand completely shifted the momentum. Suddenly, my offense had another opportunity, and we capitalized with another touchdown. The gap began to retro bowl shrink, and for the first time all game, the pressure shifted to the opponent.

As the fourth quarter began, the comeback gained momentum. Every possession became critical. My quarterback delivered one clutch throw after another, consistently moving the chains and keeping drives alive. Receivers made difficult catches in traffic, while the defense continued to come up with key stops when it mattered most.

With only a few minutes remaining, the impossible started to feel realistic. What had once been a huge deficit was now a one-score game. The opponent, who had dominated the first half, suddenly looked nervous. Meanwhile, my team was playing with complete confidence.
