Mountain biking.
The highlight of the camp will be the all new geared firefox mountain bikes with 21 gears. The participants can ride along Kuccha tracks through village farms and explore the vast river valley floor.
Short treks and night camping in the forest.
The surrounding forests and villages offer many interesting trekking routes through forests along river streams to beautiful meadows and farmland. You could choose to pitch your trekking tents at any one of the numerous night camping spots near ancient temples or forest guest houses in the valley.
Bird-watching and wildlife tracking.
Mixed natural forests of the Himalayan foothills teeming with bird and animal wildlife- our local wildlife experts are familiar with the area and can help explore true wilderness in the untamed Corbett. We have spotted and identified many rare bird, reptile and other animal species (e.g. the Burmese python) in during our research programmes.
Jeep Safaris
We organize jeep safaris to the Corbett National Park with prior notice.

Agriculture farming workshops.
Syat is a designated ‘Jaivik gaon’ or organic farming village- over time the organic farming techniques have gone into decline. Be a part of Wildrift’s initiative to revive organic farming in the area through Camp Kyari_Syat which is perched in a 3 acre farm.
Trained staff will assist you as you harvest fresh vegetables or fruits for your next meal. Interested visitors can opt for a ‘farming workshop’ where they get familiarized with various farming techniques.
Night out on machaans.
Spend the entire night on a machaan or keep a short night vigil for wild boars and occasional big cat or elephant as they come to feed on farm crops.
Astronomy.
Syat is an excellent spot for star gazing –Clear visibility due to sparse population with natural bowl of the valley offering brilliant night skies.
Serious star gazers may bring their own telescopes – Our astronomy club members will share local mythologies relating to constellations, help with sky maps and arrange for various night camping trips in the mountains.
