Wildrift’s geographic treks are rooted in providing the children an intensive experience of the Himalayan region in its various facets. The main objective is to help children develop an interest in their classroom curriculum and look at the subjects with a new perception and interest. This is great opportunity for children to rediscover themselves and their friends in completely different settings and while sharing these experiences together.

Subject matter: Geology, Physical geography, Forest plotting, Agriculture, Economic activities, Ethnography & Cultural life.

The will include extensive documentation through Photography, Video Filming, Questionnaire / interview analysis, Observation maintenance, Daily journal, Documentation of daily sharing sessions followed by a Presentation at the school through exhibition, Audio visual media, talks and debates.

Trek options include Dodital, Darma valley – Panchchuli glacier, Namik Valley.
