Will I allow my sun to shine
What clouds my sun? Is it “my world”…the people around me: my boss, colleagues, family, background, situation in life, simply my misfortune? Or maybe it is just me…
The breakthrough programme helps you to learn to deal with the ‘clouds' by analyzing what drives you and how to make decisions that will facilitate the sun shining throughout your life.
This will involve learning how to make “my world” work to my advantage by providing additional fuel to make my sun shine brighter. Ultimately it is “my world” that makes my sunshine meaningful.
The key objective of this programme is to achieve a breakthrough by facilitating the re-programming of your mind.
Who can attend
The program is designed to benefit almost anyone, especially team leaders. 1 or 2 people from each corporate can register.
How we work
We use techniques from hypnotherapy and neuropsychology to facilitate re-programming of the mind. The high energy setting - the Himalaya – has been known for centuries to facilitate self-discovery.
Breakthrough focuses on change – models and frameworks are merely stepping stones in that direction. The trainer adapts her therapeutic procedures to meet individual needs.
